This is my motto and what my life, unconsciously, was about—exuberant, intuition-following, what people have called “gutsy” exploration of my capabilities and limits. And, now, I’ve made it a conscious movement to inspire and help others to be brave, to create ideal circumstances, and to achieve self-actualization.
We are creative beings. It’s in our nature to express ourselves and pursue our interests. We can channel that natural tendency into creating the type of life we each dream of.
Two theories/approaches I created to explain and implement this idea are:
‘The Plus Life’ s an approach that encapsulates the positive and negative elements at play in our lives. It has to do with creating positives in a variety of ways, all in the interest of achieving objectives.
One application of The Plus Life centers around decisions/actions and whether they carry us closer to or further from our goals. Another area of focus is mindset—since life is how we view it, it helps cultivate beneficial habits and perspectives. Read related articles here.
The second concept is that of being totally dedicated to your goals.
The 5-step approach to being All In simplifies what it takes to achieve and helps focus the user on the efficacy of their actions. It has applications across a range of fields, from weight loss to corporate departments to sports teams finding victory. It is also reflected in my Make Your Story Happen writing guide.
I love seeing people realize their best self because I see it easily. It can be on a one-to-one basis, or with a group.
