
The sauce made it.
Heat Coconut oil in a pan (med-low heat)
Throw in chopped onion, salt & cover for a few minutes
Rough chop a roma tomato & throw in
Cover for a few more minutes
Add olive oil and all kinds of seasonings (garlic powder, onion salt, thyme and oregano, pepper)
Throw in some tasty veggies (I had broccoli and mushrooms on-hand)
Cover again and let it all mingle
Throw in the veggie spaghetti to let it cook and soak up flavor
Seriously, the sauce was so good, i scraped the bowl.
