You don’t need a recipe for quinoa, seriously. It’s really simple.
It’s two-to-one… use twice as much water as the amount of quinoa you’re making. One cup quinoa? Two cups of water. Four cups quinoa? Eight cups water… and you must like to plan ahead.
Get the water up to a boil first, then add the quinoa and take it down to where it’s bubbling, but not crazy-rolling. Then just come back to check on it, ask it how it’s doing, stir it, etc.
Once it’s soaked up all the water, you’re good.
