I keep finding nuggets of satisfaction that remind me of why I’m focusing so hard on creating lasting change.
A few weeks ago, I had a moment of clarity about the joy of working out.
This week, I struggled with soreness and my body coping with the physical changes. But it all kind of goes away when I notice that I feel stronger, or that my posture is better. Even just feeling tighter in my core, and not taking that feeling for granted, has given me a new appreciation for physical activity.
