Luckily, today is not a workout day, so I can recoup. Just focus on good eating choices!
Meals:
– Greek yogurt with blueberries & sunflower seeds
– celery with peanut butter (cliche, but I love it)
– pre-made salad (lettuce, spinach, hard boiled egg, cucumbers, banana peppers, cherry tomatoes, carrots, low-fat vinaigrette)
– pistachios
