Thursdays are my & Jelaine’s predetermined workout days.
BUT NOT TODAY!!
Oh my goodness, the alarm went off this morning & there was nothing, short of a fire or the Second Coming, that could have gotten me to sit up, much less to work out. Seriously, I didn’t even get up to #1, I was *that* comfy…
Slept in a full hour.
And I regret nothing.
That extra *shleep* was glorious, and it did my heart & soul & body some good.
We decided to pull a Two-A-Day tomorrow to make up for today’s choice. Jelaine said she’s looking forward to it, and so am I!
– scrambled eggs with ham bits & red onion
– two celery stalks with peanut butter
– one of the pre-made salads (with a hardboiled egg & fixins)
– handful of pistachios
– baked Portobello mushroom, spinach side salad, couple avocado slices
