Spaghetti Squash’ing

We made spaghetti squash tonight!

Here’s how we did it:

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Cut spaghetti squash in half, season, place face-down on a baking sheet
  • Cook 45-60 minutes, depending on size/heftiness of the squash (basically until the skin is easily punctured with a knife)
  • Take out, let cool
  • Scrape with a fork to get all the tendrils/”pasta” out

And sooooo tasty! Oh man, we grubbed like WHOA after we doctored up the noodles with low-fat pasta sauce and veggies.

A really fun way to spend a Friday night, learning/trying/making something new!
