Tuesdays. Grading and studying. Aka: sitting around, with plenty of potential for thinking I’m hungry.
And since today was a workout morning, my metabolism was pumping all day.
But, I drank lots of water and consulted with my body before automatically assuming I was hungry. Sometimes, it was boredom. Other times, it was thirst. And then there were times that I was actually hungry.
Mindfulness. That seems to be the day’s lesson.
