My body feels SO MUCH BETTER, now that I’ve started to get all the grossness out of it! But that’s nothing novel… that’s the typical happening when a person stops eating “bad” food and starts eating “good” food.
Six days in and I already feel lighter/not as weighed-down by what’s inside me. And I’m proud that I haven’t been deluding myself that change will happen overnight. . . it’s a day-by-day building process, and I just keep thinking that today’s actions put Tomorrow Me in a better position for success. Hmm… there might be a life lesson in there somewhere.
