84 to Fit

There’s a saying floating around lately that:
“It takes four weeks to notice your own progress, eight weeks for family and friends to notice, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world.”
Twelve weeks… That’s 84 days.

84 days of eating right. 84 days of being active. 84 days of discipline.

84 days of creating a better me.

That’s nothing in the grand scheme. Like the saying goes: One day at a time.
